You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by DakotaAngler.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The exception would be non-UPS, Spee Dee, or USPS, shipped items. An example would be freight intensive items such as ice houses. These items can not be returned. After 30 days, items must be returned to the factory. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- All items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. These items must be returned to the factory for exchange or refund.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
All returns must include Receipt and a note specifying your reason for return.
